Criminal Cover-up Blows Up At SF Hunters Point Naval Shipyard “Clean-up” Meeting
“In San Francisco Hunters Point shipyard on February 8, 2017, the US Navy, EPA, California Department of Toxic Substances and San Francisco Health Department held an orchestrated dog and pony show to assure the people of San Francisco and the Hunters Point/Bayview community that they are properly protecting the people after health and safety whistleblowers have exposed the falsification of testing at the site for years.
After the 2nd world ships were tested in the Marshall Islands with nuclear bombs, brought to the shipyard and sandblasted with the resulting radioactivity being dispersed in the bay and area around the military site and housing in Hunters Point. It later became a Superfund site and under the Brownfield Act developers were given the land for housing and other development.
Additionally the African American community and their children have suffered serious and wide spread health problems including cancer and a 50% rate of asthma in children.
Government agencies are supposed to be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of the highly dangerous Superfund radioactive toxic site have yet they have refused to call for criminal investigations and prosecution of Tetra Tech and Test America which were involved in bullying, harassing and terminating employees that spoke out about the systemic falsification of the tests of the toxics and dangerous materials at the site. SF Supervisor Malia Cohen said she needed to see a lawyer to investigate whether there should be a criminal investigation of corruption and illegal terminations of whistleblowers and trusted the Navy. San Francisco city officials including the San Francisco Board of Supervisors and politicians including Mayor Ed Lee, Nancy Pelosi and Dianne Feinstein have also refused to call for any hearings or investigations of the violation of health and safety rights and illegal terminations of whistleblowers including Michael Madry, a quality control manager of Test America and Federal OSHA Whistleblower Protection Program investigator and lawyer Darrell Whitman who was fired by OSHA chief David Michaels and former Department of Labor DOL secretary Tom Perez. Whitman was investigating the retaliation of Test American whistleblower Michael Madry and was prevented from protecting him through a merit determination. These workers are still fighting for their jobs back and have gone to many of these agencies including the EPA and OSHA to address these issues and they have charged that top government officials including former DOL Secretary Tom Perez have been engaged in a criminal obstruction of justice to prevent an investigation of the collusion of these agencies with the companies that are terminating health and safety whistleblowers.”
SF Hunters Point Tetra Tech Whistleblowers Speak Out About Criminal Cover-up; Bullying
“Hunters Point Tetra Tech safety inspectors spoke out on June 27, 2017 about the criminal conspiracy by the company to cover-up serious radiative soil and contamination of the community. They were bullied and terminated when they tried to stop the cover-up of health and safety dangers at not only Hunters Point but Treasure Island. Their lawyer David Anton has filed a lawsuit demanding that Tetra Tech’s permit with the NRC be revoked for defrauding the government with fake toxic reports.
Lawyer David Anton and Dr. Ahimsa Porter Sumchai also called for a criminal investigation by the San Francisco District Attorney Gacon and California Attorney General Xavier Becerra of Tetra Tech for criminal activities to cover-up the dangers of radioactive contaminants and toxic releases. Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi has covered up the criminal activity by Lennar Urban and Tetra Tech and members of her family work for Lennar Urban that are pushing these developments on radioactive dump sites.”

‘Navy review finds “inconsistencies” in cleanup contractor’s radiation data and says a good portion of it is likely fraudulent.
The Navy has decided to retest all of the Hunters Point Shipyard for radiation after losing confidence in Tetra Tech, the contractor it hired to clean up contamination.
A yearlong review of Tetra Tech’s radiation data by Navy consultants found that nearly half of it may have been faked. The consultants found inconsistencies in Tetra Tech’s test results and the Navy said that a good portion of it is likely fraudulent.
The revelations are the latest setback for the shipyard, the superfund site along San Francisco’s southeastern waterfront that’s slated for major redevelopment, including homes, parks and shops.”

USS Independence Aircraft Carrier blown up in the Baker Bikini Island “Operation Crossroads” nuclear test which was “cleaned” at Hunters Point Shipyard in San Francisco was scuttled after 4 years of attempts to clean the ship of its radiation and it was scuttled officially recorded as off the Farallon Islands but it was actually sunk at the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. The Navy stuffed it with barrels of radioactive Waste to make the problem disappear.
I wonder if the scientists diving on the wreck know about the radiation?
